A Gals’ First Thoughts on the New Android Market Interface

The Android market has taken a huge overhaul. You can check out a post from last night showing some more screenshots! There is one new thing that I think may change the way both AndroidGals and AndroidGuys view their entertainment. The new market supports movies and books where you can read or watch anytime and anyplace.

I love how the new Android Market looks. Its simplistic design reminds me so much of Google+ every time I look at it. I love how the design is so fluid and moves effortlessly. The new Market is a hub for all your entertainment needs, whether it’s games, books, apps or just watching movies.

Well I love it. My hubby actually had it on his EVO last night, so we were able to play around with it! I LOVE that it has movies on there! Now all we need is music!

Well unfortunately, it seems like my Droid hasn’t updated yet! But from what I can see from the screenshots this looks like a wonderful improvement! I can’t wait to play around with it.

Lol, I must say after playing with it overnight it is starting to grow on me. I agree with Timi on how fluid and effortless it runs and it totally reminds me of the simplistic google+. I am starting to warm up to the W7 look as well. I think when something gets such a major facelift it is harder to adjust to. Hopefully I will learn to love it.

I downloaded the apk from a XDA thread and I must say I really like it. It’s very sipfy. I love how they integrated the books and unfortunately no video renting for me with my rooted Thunderbolt but that’s what’s Netflix is for The new icon is pretty nice too. Kudos to the developers.
