It’s that time of the year to get ready for Halloween! Wait, wait, Halloween? Umm..yes! Sexy costumes must be worn and Fall season is here! Don’t let the Androidian within you keep the “baby fat” or the college “freshman 15″ get to you!

This is the time to look fabulous and what better than a simple app on your Android to keep all my beautiful and smart Android Gals looking gorgeous? It is the end of September, and October is about to start! Let’s get ready!

Personally, I struggle back and forth with weight because I love sweets but what girl doesn’t, right? I found this super awesome free app called “Diet & Food Tracker” by SparkPeople which is super easy to use and has helped me reach my weight loss goals and I had to share with my gals!

Basically you have tabs to track your weight, food intake, fitness workouts, water intake along with healthy tips to stay fit. It even shows you an animated version of how to do some exercises. The Diet & Food Tracker also helps you creating a healthy weight loss plan based on your goals within a healthy time frame. It also suggests you a nutrition plan to get you on track to reach your goals.

My favorite part however, is that the app is cross platform so it can accessed from various devices and always be accessed from the web as well! So you can keep track throughout the day on your phone and if you feel more comfortable you can also keep track from your computer or tablet! No more excuses, let’s get fit! Who’s up for a challenge? I dare you to lose 10% of your current body weight with this app and come back to tell us about it!

    Love Spark. Have been a Spark People member for about a year now. Great app because it can plan your meals (on app and web) and provide a shopping list (from web interface). The recipes are awesome and those integrate nicely into the routine. The meal plan is still customizable. If you don’t like what is planned, you can swap it out. Brillant.

    I also, have a ProForm treadmill running android with iFit and love it as well. I have to say, however, that spark is my go to app.
