I have to admit, I’m a bit of a word nerd and a sucker for brain games! So much, that they are the only type of apps installed on my phone. So when Coin Drop by Fullfat Games came my way for review, I wasn’t sure what I was in for….until I played.
This is the best game type of app that I have played in a long time! It was a slow start the first time I tried it since I’m not use to playing these types of games. Once I started, I couldn’t put my phone down. The features within the app have sort of old-school feel reminding me of those 80’s style arcade games. I love the graphics and the sounds perfectly match them.
My 11-year old son, who only usually plays action games found himself engrossed in it almost immediately. Of course, he picked it up a lot faster than I did. He unlocked a ton of bonus levels in no time, making the game that much more fun. Both my kids loved it! Proving it’s a game that can be enjoyed by people of all ages.
The app offers three free pre-installed games, Classroom, Galactic Blast, and Jungle Capers (Galactic Blast being my personal favorite) Included are introductions for each game and a quick tutorial. It also offers three more games for an additional $.99 each.
Congratulations Full Fat Productions Ltd, you not only brought some fun and nostalgia back into my game collection. You made it as a short-cut on my home screen in less than a day!
