I’m a long-time Beautiful Widgets user. I love it, because whether I’m using Bubbleator as my ticker or enjoying cool Android Wallpapers, Beautiful Widgets always adds something to my Android. This set of widgets from the folks at LevelUp Studios gives you amazing options for your Andy. And with hundreds of downloadable skins for those widgets, the possibilities for making your Andy uniquely yours are nearly endless.
This app, which has been around for a long time, is essentially a few weather and clock widgets for your home screen. In addition, there are toggles for loads of features, like Volume, WiFi, and GPS. I love using our Random Wallpapers on the home page of AndroidGals.com to grab a new wallpaper, and then customize my Beautiful Widgets with new skins to make it very much mine. And while I’ve not had the chance to try them out yet, many of the widgets are also designed specifically for tablets. In addition to all the skins and in-app customizations, you can download a lot of other things, such as an animations package and live weather add-on (which makes it rain and snow right on your phone).
