“I need to get go to the gym to workout,” seems to be a common statement that I hear, especially with all this Halloween candy floating around and other food holidays coming up. If you’re like me, it’s pretty difficult to carve out time to workout in general. However, if I do get a moment I’m more likely to succeed if it is incremental exercise.
The Women’s Health Workouts Lite app, by Rodale, is perfect for taking advantage of that extra five minutes on your lunch break or while your waiting for your coffee to brew.
When you’re ready to try this app out, you have the option of choosing from specific exercises or workouts. You can search exercise by target body part such as Abs or listing alphabetically.
There are 13 ab strengthening exercises with a stopwatch. The stopwatch starts counting the minute you select that exercise, so if you’re not ready to start the position just pause. The app has the ability to log number of reps and weight in terms of pounds as well as a history of such logs.
There is no instructor needed as each position is complete with picture and description of position or stretch. The workout plans are structured similarly but with target goals in mind such as boosting metabolism or building lean muscle.
Melt fat fast workout starts with a plank position, defined number of sets and reps, as well as instruction on how to make exercise more difficult. This workout includes ten exercises with thorough step by step instruction.
These workouts are professionally designed and ONLY 5 are available through the lite version. The upgrade of this app provides you with over 130 exercises, dozens of workouts and new features for $1.99. So the next time I get five or 10 minutes for some target training, its right at my finger tips.
Gals if you’ve got a Guy, there’s a Men’s Health Workout too. Does this app benefit your busy schedule?
